Enduring Heroes Memorial Day Dedication 

In May 2017, ClearWest Communications supported media efforts for the Memorial Day Dedication of the Enduring Heroes Memorial in Pasadena, CA.  The successful media strategy garnered a pre-dedication segment in KPCC's "Take Two with A Martinez" and an article on the front-page of The Los Angeles Times. ClearWest conducted outreach to local broadcast affiliates, leading to coverage in NBC 4, FOX 11 and KCAL 9/CBS 2 News. The combined exposure led to additional inquiries about the Enduring Heroes' mission, raising awareness for the efforts of our Armed Services.

Pasadena Community Foundation & Alibaba Pictures - "Big Heart Small Film" 

During the course of 2016-2017, ClearWest Communications provided  social media strategy and traditional media counsel around Pasadena Community Foundation's partnership with Alibaba Pictures for the Big Heart Small Film Competition and Awards Ceremony. In addition to developing the title, 'Big Heart Small Film,' ClearWest oversaw PCF's Facebook and Instagram content development and paid strategy for the competition, leading to a sold out Awards Ceremony (over 350 people). The traditional media coverage included a pre-event feature in Pasadena Now, a post-event front-page, above-the-fold article in the Outlook Newspaper, Pasadena Star News and the South Pasadena Review.

RECLAIM Conference at the Western Diocese of the Armenian Church 

ClearWest worked with the Western Diocese on their inaugural RECLAIM conference for young professional Armenians, overseeing social media efforts to attract attendees. Leveraging the Diocese's popular Facebook page (12K followers), ClearWest managed content development and paid social media posts around conference communications and developed a 'cross-post' promotion strategy that drove traffic to the RECLAIM Conference Facebook page. After several weeks of employing these social media tactics, paid conference registrants increased from 80 to 430.
